Hi Crew, & other downloaders, Here is my last Vol. of "Let Me Love You" I hope I have found some new tracks for some of you....I added a bit more Royal Jesters or a group/artist affiliated with them....One of my favorite groups!
Oscar Lawson, founding member of San Antonio Royal Jesters, died last weekend He was 73. I bet Oscar Lawson & Dimas Garza are serenading the Angels right now.....RIP

GCP Label Born Joe Perales in San Antonio. He got his name basically from the Royal Jesters while in a hotel room in Corpus Christi after performing his first gig there...they all were goofing around running naked, when he came out of the bathroom in his pajamas they all were laughing at him and they started calling him Joe Pajamas, later shortening it to Joe Jamming then Joe Jamas until it wound up Joe Jama and that nickname stuck....He was 16 when he joined The Royal Jesters

04. Los Dinos - So Hard To Tell
1961 from Corpus Christi, Texas...They had some memorable "battle of the bands" with The Royal Jesters, Abraham Quintanilla who also formed (Selena Y Los Dinos) Her Dad didn't sing lead in this ballad but it was their best hit....
05. Thee Midniters - Strangers In The Night
Formed: 1964, Los Angeles, CA
this track is off the group’s fourth and final album, Giants
06. The Guiness Cassanovas - I'm Gonna Make You Love Me
I found 2 tracks of this LP called "Rebirth" but no other info...
07. Ronnie Walker - Love Is An Illusion
1970 - Paramount, AKA Fletcher Walker III (Ronnie Walker) Born in Philadelphia Pa.

She appeared as an actress in the movie (Mi Familia) but also features on the soundtrack. Her character performed this song, she also was a member of the second incarnation of the '80s girl group Exposé.

He was with the Stardusters, The Sunglows and finally his own band The Sunliners, Born Ildefonso Fraga Ozuna, This extraordinary tejano legend we all know today as Sunny Ozuna who has a very rich and full history.....
